Mental Health & Wellness Services

• We use our One X-i App to uptake all employees, conduct a baseline assessment and set frequent communications with all employees.

• We use SMS Technology to send reminders and analyse all responses put through.

• Offered through telephonic support, we have trained counsellors on the line, 24/7. Depending on contract, toll free number may be availed.

• The first line counsellors are social workers and nurse counsellors with training in mental health.

• Should the telephonic counselling session need a psychologist, we will refer accordingly.

• Psychologists sessions are Face to Face Sessions always. There may be a need to travel.

• Whenever there is a need to refer to a Mental Health Specialist, we facilitate all processes.

• All Mental Health Specialist referral are face to face and subject to specialist availability. There may be a need to travel.
